If you’re new to #MSWL, here’s how it works. Step one: be an agent or editor. Step two: Tweet what you would like to read, then add #MSWL.

Step 3: If you’re a writer + see a #MSWL tweet that matches your book, go to that agent’s site, find instructions, and submit traditionally.
