I am most interested in stories that explore difficult human issues against fantastic backdrops, underrepresented voices, spooky and strange middle grade, non-medieval/European historical fantasy, space operas, literary SF, magical realism, myth/folklore/fairytale retellings, and internally consistent epic fantasy.
