We publish romance in all its incarnations (except for erotica).
I am specifically drawn to novel-length works in fantasy or sci-fi (romantic elements a must), any of the sub-genres. I would love to see a great steampunk/romance with equal attention paid to the plot as to the romance, something outside of Victorian England would be a plus. I’m a big fan of high fantasy but it must be original and very well done with romance woven in. Authors that focus strongly on character development (relatable or sympathetic in some way) and world building will be quick to catch my attention (I love great description but it must be done well and with purpose). I only consider works intended for an adult audience with heat levels all the way up to scorching, but short of erotic. Sex is okay, but not erotically graphic and it must move the story forward.
