I want fiction for middle grade, YA, new adult, and adult categories. In particular, I’d love high concept literary middle grade works like When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead and Wonder by RJ Palacio. I love all things YA but I’m especially looking for an epic love story (like a story which could be the “new” Romeo + Juliet) in any sub-genre. I’m also dying for a great upmarket women’s fiction project with magical realism elements, like Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen. I’m also really looking for a contemporary romance series akin to Jill Shalvis’s Lucky Harbor series and a historical romance writer who can write amazing characters like Courtney Milan and Lisa Kleypas. And last but not least, I would kill for disturbing and suspenseful crime fiction that could join the ranks of Tana French and Gillian Flynn.
